**Job Title:** Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and help us make informed business decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in forecasting future trends, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth.

This is a full-time position that requires 160 hours of work per month. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of data analysis and scientific modeling, including developing advanced predictive models, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to support our planning and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models to forecast sales, profitability, and inventory needs.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify key trends and patterns in sales, seasonality, and customer preferences.
  • Create algorithms to optimize pricing strategies, inventory management, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop custom dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to visualize predictive models and key metrics.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused company.
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analysis.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning tools such as Python, R, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
    • Strong background in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
