Marketing Professional Job Description

This role focuses on executing marketing strategies for various restaurant brands, including high-end and casual concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel branding, as well as expertise in utilizing A.I. tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the in-house marketing team, developing innovative marketing ideas, conducting ongoing research to understand client preferences, and adapting marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand's unique style.

A tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills is required to manage multiple digital platforms and systems. They must also have experience supporting email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar, managing reservation platform profiles, and maintaining CRM data management.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases.
  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.
  • Technical & Systems Support: Assist with website updates, graphic asset management, and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
