As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing brand identities that captivate our audience and uphold our company's values and vision.

You will be entrusted with creating impactful visual designs across various platforms, contributing to the overall branding strategy, and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative brand identities: Collaborate with the design team to create logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements that resonate with our audience
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines: Develop guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials and channels
  • Stay ahead of market trends: Conduct research to understand the target audience and develop effective branding strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding efforts
  • Design execution: Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Brand strategy contribution: Assist in strategizing branding efforts to effectively represent the company's values and goals
  • Remote work opportunity: This position offers the flexibility to work from home
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding. Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Skilled in using Canva and other design tools. Knowledge of brand identity and graphic design principles
  • Creativity: Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential
  • Communication skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
  • Time management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Digital savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce brand design
  • Attention to detail: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output
  • Personal equipment: Own laptop with necessary software and a stable internet connection for remote collaboration
