Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through strategic outreach efforts, resulting in introductory meetings or calls with qualified decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification & Research: Utilize market research and industry insights to identify key decision-makers within target industries and personas that align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send highly personalized emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and strategic campaign guidance. Conduct targeted cold calls to secure initial conversations with potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges, determine if the company's solutions are a potential fit, and qualify their interest.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Secure introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the Sales Team.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously log all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead information in the CRM system. Track personal performance against KPIs.

The successful candidate will possess experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales roles, preferably within the software/technology industry. They should have excellent communication skills, strong research skills, and resilience in handling rejection.
