Leasing Associate to the US Managing Director

This role will be highly visible and integral to the streamlining of our leasing processes.

  • Identify and engage prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Tenant Relations
  • Engage with potential clients to showcase properties and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and rental rates to inform leasing strategies
Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract tenants
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with property managers and asset managers to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Assist in planning and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization and externally
