Job Description:

Our team seeks a skilled Data Researcher to join remotely. This role will support outbound sales efforts by identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine scraping workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.

Data Management & CRM Integration

  • Ensure data quality—only pushing verified leads into the CRM.
  • Enrich CRM records with actionable insights to inform BDR outreach.
  • Keep CRM clean and up-to-date with clear labeling and lifecycle tracking.

Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine targeting strategy based on real-time feedback and closed-won deals.
  • Proactively spot trends and opportunities in the data to help adjust our market strategy.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation role—ideally in a startup or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience setting up and managing a first-class CRM.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data cleanliness.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and iteration.
