Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented digital content specialist to create engaging and customer-focused content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative content ideas for social media and produce compelling copy.
  • Create visual imagery using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content.
  • Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
  • Craft stories that resonate with the target audience.
  • Support content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media strategies, collaborate with media agencies.
  • Optimize content for different platforms.
Community Management and Influencer Engagement:
  • Manage community interactions.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers for partnerships or sponsored content.
  • Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost content.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
  • Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Use social media management tools to schedule and distribute content.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is effective.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Legal and Ethical Compliance:
  • Ensure all content complies with copyright laws.
Innovation and Experimentation:
  • Test new content formats and experiment with different types of media.
  • Analyze and integrate feedback from followers and team members to improve content quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years combined experience as a Digital Content Creator / Art Director.
  • Experience working across high-profile client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
