At TTEC, we're dedicated to making customers happy. This starts with you As a Specialist, TA Marketing and Communications, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging content to meet global hiring needs.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create, launch, monitor, and analyze paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions.

• Provide expert advice to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on your platform knowledge.

• Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with our overall social media strategy.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to apply to content creation and project development.

 

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

• Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.

• Ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or, certificate from creative design program.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
