Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently prepare and maintain quarterly compensation workbooks, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies by managing end-to-end company-wide compensation processes.
  • Submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive information securely, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
  • Stable employment history is required.
