Project Coordinator

The role of Project Coordinator requires a highly organized individual to oversee project pipelines and schedule inspections across multiple sites. This position ensures timely execution and efficiency in operations, maintaining data integrity of scheduling systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines to align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Compile summaries of sites, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Maintain upcoming scan lists and gather missing data requirements for scans.
  • Estimate task durations and relevant information for tasks, understanding task types and time estimate changes.
  • Distribute tasks among teams based on availability and skillset distribution.
Collaboration and Problem Solving:
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to resolve data gaps, delays, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules and workflows as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning, managing 500+ projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
