Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analyses and competitor research to inform business decisions.
  • Solve complex strategic and operational challenges by identifying key issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial models to support recommendations.
  • Develop high-quality presentation materials using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Client Project Support
  • Support the delivery of external client projects focused on strategy and change management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Collaborate closely with peers, senior leadership, and global practices to achieve shared goals.
  • Present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience in a consulting firm is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage and develop Analysts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Detailed-oriented research skills.
