Job Title: Risk and Compliance Specialist

Description

We are seeking an exceptional Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and mitigating risk associated with credit card processing activities. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and investigate Heroes' credit card processing activities using internal and external risk monitoring tools
  • Answer Heroes' inquiries regarding risk management and disputes via email and chat support
  • Ensure that a high-quality customer experience is provided while protecting Kajabi's financial interests
  • Complete Hero Risk Assessments and Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules and mitigate fraud and credit risk
  • Review and understand documentation provided by Heroes
  • Perform other ad-hoc risk-related duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the payments risk industry, with a focus on financial services
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a detective-like approach to identifying and mitigating risk
