Our engineering expertise reaches across all sectors of the construction industry, providing pragmatic and practical design solutions to ensure our projects are spatially and operationally efficient. Our design process fully considers the installation and maintenance practicalities on site.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide support in the development of design, calculations, reports and documents under the guidance of principal engineers, ensuring that project requirements and client specifications are met. This role requires a proactive mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to developing technical skills and professional growth within a multi-disciplinary design team.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running of medium size projects. Undertakes a client facing role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project services for Mechanical or Electrical installations, systems, equipment, facilities etc.
  • Develops and specifies applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for all building engineering services purposes
  • Surveys tests and reports on existing electrical/mechanical installations
  • Specifies activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements
  • Day to day decision making on project progress and direct liaison with and provides advice to client
  • Represents Company at technical meetings with customers, professional teams and contractors teams
  • Carries out engineering calculations to ensure drawings meet required robust industry and legal standards
  • Responsible for technical content and accuracy of Trainee, Graduates and Engineers
  • Validation and checking of designs and specifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Sanitary Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in building services design
  • Hands-on HVAC design experience for different types of projects such as high-rise buildings, residential buildings, hotels, commercial buildings, mixed use buildings and data centres.
  • With experienced working in Dubai & UK projects are advantage
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines
