Job Title: Compensation Control Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation control efforts, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing monthly reports, performing validations and controls, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed MI vs Plan, prior periods and Forecast, including comments on key drivers.
  • Perform regular validations and controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Investigate errors above threshold and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support interim and annual report disclosure on employee benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relevant documentation and updates of our Compensation Control Framework.
You Will Need:
  • A proven track record in financial controller or auditor roles in large financial institutions or audit industries.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Prior experience with IAS19 and IFRS2 is preferred.
  • A high level of analytical and investigative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to connect various topics and recognize relationships that impact our compensation book of work.
  • A proactive and curious approach, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and learn new skills/knowledge.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
