As a tech specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our accounts and sales reps.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new accounts and sales reps, ensuring they are set up correctly from a technical standpoint.

Additionally, you will implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes to drive business growth.

You will work closely with marketing teams to communicate lead flow initiatives and create new reports and dashboards in our CRM system.

With a focus on automation and troubleshooting, you will be responsible for creating and managing integrations using Zapier, building out workflows in the CRM, and resolving technical issues.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Sales Ops with onboarding new accounts and sales reps.

Ensure new sales reps are set up correctly from a technical standpoint.

Implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes.

Communicate with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives.

Create and manage integrations using Zapier.

Build out automations and workflows in the CRM.

Create new reports and dashboards in the CRM.

Troubleshoot technical issues.
