Job Title: n8n Automation Specialist

We're hiring a skilled automation specialist to support our offshore recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing n8n workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and make refinements
  • Work directly with our founders and technical lead
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working with n8n
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON
  • Able to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general
  • Strong attention to detail when testing automations
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is a bonus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
