The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in accounting practices, with a strong proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Administering accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and filing tax returns
  • Developing and monitoring internal controls and policies
  • Collaborating with external auditors during annual audits
  • Participating in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Implementing and optimizing accounting software and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting for U.S. companies
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and work full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
