Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to join our team.

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns across various customer segments.
  • Email List Management: Build, segment, and personalise subscriber lists to maximise deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Content Creation: Develop subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Database Administration: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and design elements.

Automated Email Sequences:

  • Setup and create automated email sequences briefed in by the CRM team.
  • Review sequence performance and report back on any insights and optimisations.

Email and SMS Campaigns:

  • Error-Free Campaigns: Ensure all email and SMS campaigns and templates are error-free.
  • Template Testing: Test email templates in Litmus to ensure they render across devices.

Klaviyo Management:

  • Build Email Templates: Build email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop builder.
  • Integration Setup: Review and setup client tech stack integrations in Klaviyo.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Detailed Reporting: Provide detailed analytics and performance reporting on email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics.
