We are looking for a seasoned Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email communications strategy. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable results.

About the Role:

  • This Email Marketing Manager will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management, and experience with ESPs such as MailWiz or SendGrid.
  • Skilled in creating persuasive copywriting, this individual will develop compelling subject lines, content, and CTAs that resonate with our target audience.
  • A detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills, this Email Marketing Manager will track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
  • Familiarity with SMS campaign tools is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement to ensure optimal deliverability.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Campaign Creation & Management
    • Create and refine email templates and content to optimize engagement and conversion.
    • Develop and execute multi-segmented campaigns that meet business objectives.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Ensure campaigns align with business goals and compliance requirements.
    • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
