About the Role

This position is responsible for managing product data and inventory, as well as coordinating sales, reporting, and merchandising execution.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information within internal systems.
  • Upload and update product details, including codes, costs, SRP, descriptions, and barcodes in a timely manner.
  • Process price updates, cost changes, markdowns, and promotional actions as requested by category heads.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Product Data & Systems Management: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information within our internal systems.
  • Inventory & Stock Coordination: Coordinating inter-branch stock transfers and pullouts from category heads' instructions.
  • Sales, Data & Reporting: Consolidating sales performance reports and uploading them to shared systems.
  • MERCHANDISING EXECUTION: Requesting, tracking, and validating store POP displays and photos.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Educational Background: Preferably a graduate of Business Course or relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Persoanl Qualities: Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
