About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Head. As a key player in our Agency channel growth strategy, you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase the number of top performers in our Agency channel.
  • Maintain a database of high-quality candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Present our company's value proposition to potential candidates.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop effective agency development initiatives.
  • Establish efficient systems and processes for managing recruitment and onboarding requirements.
  • Implement projects related to agency development as assigned.
  • Align strategies and action plans to meet team objectives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Ensure that required recruitment and selection processes are followed by Business Development Officers under your supervision.
  • Develop and manage validation reports and payout administration for candidates.
  • Team Development:
  • Ensure agency training and competence requirements for staff under your team.
  • Develop a strong team and establish a succession plan within the department.
