We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the effective execution of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities and track deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates and meetings
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex environments
  • Assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to maintain progress
  • Support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
