Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Commercial Operations Manager. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring seamless performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive commercial operations forward
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure timely resolution of internal escalations and optimize processes for efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Supervisory/Management role
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Highly proficient with Excel, including creating ad hoc formulas
  • Must have a working knowledge of sales service desk tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with ability to explain complex concepts
