Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the growth of our B2B/B2C platform. This offshore role requires a strategic and proactive mindset to expand our network of suppliers, manage commercial partnerships, and ensure a smooth flow of products.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. A hands-on approach is necessary to maintain product catalogs, coordinate logistics, and monitor day-to-day platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers through negotiations and agreement finalization.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.
  • Maintain and update complex multi-tiered pricing structures in product catalogs.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to guarantee efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor platform operations to provide a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues promptly.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track key business metrics such as profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare performance reports for management with actionable insights and recommendations.
RequirementsExperience
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management within e-commerce or retail environments.
Skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and work with data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
