Job Overview

You will play a key role in driving visibility, voice, and engagement across digital channels. In addition to executing high-impact content and communications campaigns, you will support strategic planning and ensure smooth coordination of operational projects, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on campaign planning and strategy to support growth and lead generation.
  • Deploy newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels.
  • Repurpose existing content into social and email assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
  • Support marketing tied to membership experience.
  • Coordinate content scheduling and deployment across channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics; share insights to guide content strategy.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support partnership marketing efforts, including collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
  • Engage with community across comments and messages, reflecting brand's tone and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and support internal campaign needs.
  • Use feedback and engagement insights to shape future storytelling and campaign ideas.
Operational Support:
  • Coordinate logistics for events and community experiences.
  • Support partner communication and follow-ups, ensuring thoughtful and tactful tone.
  • Track and follow up on priorities and timelines using project management tools.
  • Maintain shared files and documentation, and support campaign organization for internal projects.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline execution and team collaboration.
