Job Title: Technical Support Advocate

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic technical support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering best-in-class product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support via email, chat, and other channels to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English language skills.
