
Ecommerce Growth Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for launching and managing TikTok Shops from scratch, growing affiliate networks, and turning creators into revenue-driving partners.
- Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from the ground up, including catalog setup, listings, payouts, and workflows.
- Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows to drive sales and growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies using Spark Ads, leveraging user-generated content, testing hooks and angles, and scaling winning campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
You will oversee the management and scaling of affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
- Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across various channels, including YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
- Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
- Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
You will build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators, fostering engagement and collaboration.
- Keep partners informed with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
- Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with design and editing teams to categorize user-generated content and repurpose it across ads, product detail pages, email, and social media.
You will work closely with the CEO and Growth team to align goals, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
- Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership on a regular basis.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, preferably with expertise in TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and scale.
- Familiarity with ShareASale, UpPromote, or similar platforms, and the ability to design incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to nurture relationships and keep creators/affiliates engaged.
- Data-driven mindset, with comfort working with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
- Ability to execute fast, own outcomes with minimal hand-holding, and communicate authentically without buzzwords.
