Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports with detailed insights.
- ERP Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
- Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting.
- Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
- Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support.
- Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support regulatory compliance and financial audits.
- Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software or similar systems.
