Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Paralegal to safeguard global deals and strengthen compliance worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, redline, negotiate, and draft non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements.
  • Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.
  • Provide legal support including document preparation, proofreading, research, and fact-checking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, legal management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with NDAs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language, with the ability to interpret international agreements when needed. They should also be adaptable to changing priorities and workflows, and willing to learn and work with AI platforms.
