Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to champion compliance and risk awareness across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review high-risk client assessments within a tight deadline and present each case for final approval.
  • Manage screening alerts with no outstanding names for more than 24 hours and transaction monitoring alerts unresolved beyond 48 hours.
  • Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases and prepare a quarterly findings report with remediation suggestions.
  • Complete/review at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days and file required STRs within 5 calendar days of closing the investigation.
  • Identify improvements in client KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes to be implemented.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to have tough conversations in a constructive manner.
