About Operations Team Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized team lead to oversee the daily operations of our content creation team. This includes managing team schedules, onboarding new hires, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new content creators.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and track team performance.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in team supervision, coordination, or operations within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
