- Communicate production rates and obstacles to team leads.
- Apply scripting techniques and editing strategies to engage viewers.
- Experience in video creation with a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
- Skills in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with other editing tools.
- Expertise in scripting, storyboarding, producing videos, and collaborating with editors.
- Comfortable running content experiments to improve engagement.
- Strong creative instincts with a passion for effective titling, thumbnails, and pacing.
