Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in case preparation and management by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
