
Senior Legal Workflow Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in the progression of client matters by effectively managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track legal workflow pipelines to ensure timely task completion.
- Regularly review case statuses to identify overdue tasks and delays requiring attention.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and ensure progress.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports to highlight case progress and areas needing improvement.
- Routine checks in the case management system are conducted to ensure deadlines and documentation are accurate.
- Coordinate case status meetings with the legal team and provide updates on case pipeline status.
- Implement changes or improvements to workflows as directed by leadership.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal environment.
- A strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems is required.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information is necessary.
- A general knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is required.
- Experience with case management software and legal workflow tools is preferred.
- Certification in legal studies is an added advantage.
