Job Title:

A Junior QA Specialist is needed to test and validate web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to grow technical skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role is fully remote, requiring collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate integrations between Aprimo and external web applications
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (internships, school projects welcome)
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis
