Your Role

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing expert guidance on the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team on OneDrive/SharePoint projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
  • Work closely with co-workers, end-users, and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OneDrive/SharePoint, in accordance with contract SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop Engineers and Technicians on the team, providing guidance on both technical and soft skills required for their success.
  • Function as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, advising on, implementing, and managing complex solution and service deployments for clients.
  • Demonstrate a hunger for learning by taking advantage of opportunities to pursue relevant certifications and training for OneDrive/SharePoint.
  • Be a role model for our core values: personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others, and owning the end result.
  • Work in a highly visible, customer-facing role, leveraging your technology expertise to support a detailed and actionable Statement of Work, in collaboration with our architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Stay on top of new trends and technology updates to enhance solution delivery and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Continuously fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and troubleshooting skills along the way.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a client-facing professional services role or 5+ years of related industry experience.
  • A curious mindset, eager to ask the right questions and provide customers with the best possible solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover and address the root cause of an issue.
  • A proactive work ethic, prioritizing responsiveness to customers.
  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving an outstanding customer experience (CX).
  • Updated certifications and training, including:
    • Information Protection and Compliance Administrator
    • Messaging Administrator Associate
    • ITIL v4 Foundation
