  • Coordinate RealPage services, including data conversion and training, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Deliver high-quality implementations for add-on orders, meeting customer agreements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine best practices for setup and configuration, maximizing their desired outcomes.
  • Accurately forecast activations of add-on orders and update the backlog on a weekly basis.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the implementation process, driving high levels of satisfaction.
  • Perform system setup and configuration, ensuring accuracy of data and multi-system integrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT or software development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, digital marketing, and graphic design.
  • Background using Photoshop, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Software and/or multifamily property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills, with a willingness to work a fixed night shift schedule.
