Implementation Analyst I manage the initial implementation of software setup of new and existing client properties for Leaselabs solutions. Using established procedures, the IA is required to analyze client data and take the appropriate actions necessary to implement all requested products. This person should have exceptional customer service, project management and organizational skills as well as above average computer skills. The Implementation Analyst is instrumental in effectively communicating challenges to the appropriate departments to ensure a positive client implementation experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation for one or more products for property management companies.
  • Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
  • Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer.
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products.
  • Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested.
  • Perform peer review of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards.
  • Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame.
  • Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software.
  • With 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and Graphic Designing.
  • With background using Photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Technology/SaaS, Marketing/Digital Advertising and/or Property Management experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills.
  • Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems.
  • Completing multiple tasks within desired timelines; excellent project management skills.
  • Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Hybrid setup).
