Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions.
  • Perform impact analysis based on project requirements and configure integrations between Workday and other systems.
  • Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio and troubleshoot integration issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT implementations and development.
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Experience with Workday Studio or other integration tools/technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Workday Certification in Integrations, HCM, or one of the relevant Workday core competencies.
  • 1+ years of experience in Agile tools and methodologies.
