Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Incident Manager to join our team. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving critical incidents that impact our business.

Your primary goal will be to minimize the impact of these incidents on our customers and stakeholders, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and validating incident reports from internal users.
  • Determining the scope of disruption and coordinating with support teams to resolve the issue.
  • Leading the recovery effort for major incidents and ensuring that all necessary updates are logged in the ticket system.
  • Conducting post-incident reviews and creating reports to identify areas for improvement.
