Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to multiple clients through various channels.


Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting performance metrics and exceeding client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks across multiple client accounts, adapting to varying client needs and requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to non-technical users.
  • Documentation: Perform back-office tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed defined SLAs and performance metrics for each assigned client account.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere to established processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Productivity Tools: Proficiency in using various communication and productivity tools (e.g., email, chat platforms, CRM systems).
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
