Content Operations Manager

This role oversees the day-to-day activities of a remote content creator team, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries and workflow issues.
  • Analyze team performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Monitor key operational metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
