Content Creation Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creator team. This role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, overseeing onboarding processes, and acting as the primary contact for operational questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are met.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
- Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
- Track team performance and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain an inclusive and productive culture across a remote team.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
