**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our content creation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining processes, mentoring team members, and driving business growth.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team schedules, onboarding new hires, and resolving operational issues.
  • They will also be expected to track key performance metrics, maintain standard operating procedures, and collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are consistently met.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  3. Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  4. Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  5. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
