Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to provide critical support to our legal team.

  • Manage internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution
  • Assist in implementing and improving operational processes and workflows
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members
  • Prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in office software, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
