Time and Business Solutions Expert

A Workday consultant is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Workday solutions by architecting, configuring, and testing these solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite with deep experience in Absence & Time Tracking.
- Lead team members or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solution, demonstrate configurations, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with clients' data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
- Support integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach others on product knowledge.
- Communicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively to team-based projects.
- Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
- Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining Intecrowd's referenceability once in production.
- Provide regular status reports to project managers keeping them informed of overall project progress.
- Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
- Guarantee functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems).
- Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
- Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managers – serve as a professional role model.
