Recruiter Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, conducting video interviews, collaborating with Hiring Managers, and documenting assessments clearly and thoroughly.

This role requires strong interviewing skills, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. The ideal candidate should also be tech-savvy, comfortable with remote work tools, and have a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing applications and assessing qualifications
  • Conducting video interviews
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers
  • Documenting assessments in the ATS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with remote work tools
