Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely execution of responsibilities.

You will be responsible for preparing asset, liability and capital entries by compiling and analyzing account information, as well as preparing monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses and accounting reports.

In addition, you will support internal and external audit processes, ensuring the accuracy of financials through detailed analysis, and executing balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on various accounting tasks related to fixed assets, taxes, collections, internal controls, etc. You will also prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.

Your ability to coordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions will be essential in achieving our goals.

If you have experience working on project teams to improve accounting processes and procedures, we want to hear from you You will actively participate on or lead project teams to recommend enhancements and document improvements as necessary.

We are looking for someone who is able to maintain satisfactory attendance, including timeliness. Additionally, you must understand and comply with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or Finance, combined with 4 years of Accounting experience reflecting increasing level of responsibility, are essential requirements for this role.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP Accounting Software are highly valued. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from managers and other internal and external business partners.

Solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists will be key to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US Hours and during PH holidays, and be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
