Job Summary

This role is part of the Customer Success department, supporting Delivery Operations by enhancing tools, processes, and reporting. It focuses on alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and improvement of operational tools, processes, and reports to ensure consistent delivery operations within the Customer Success department.
  • Responsibilities include identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the Delivery team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop standardized solutions.
  • The selected individual will maintain and improve automations, trackers, and templates that serve as control points for core processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across Delivery, Customer Support, Business Development, Product, and Finance are crucial to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure process alignment and data integrity.
  • The role requires conducting data analysis and contributing to reporting and insights that support operational decision-making and performance visibility.
  • Additionally, the selected candidate will support change management, documentation, and administrative activities to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, workflows, and process standards across the Customer Success department.
  • Contribution to planning and execution of audits and internal reviews is also a key responsibility, ensuring adherence to processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
