Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CEPAT KREDIT FINANCING INC.

About the Role:

  • Assist in managing office operations, including filing, report generation, meeting setup, and supply procurement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, payments, and inventory.
  • Process reimbursements, liquidations, and other purchasing-related tasks.
  • Provide exceptional client service and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal deals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs as required.
  • Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any 4-year or business-related course.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across teams and levels with ease.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
