Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CEPAT KREDIT FINANCING INC.
About the Role:
- Assist in managing office operations, including filing, report generation, meeting setup, and supply procurement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, payments, and inventory.
- Process reimbursements, liquidations, and other purchasing-related tasks.
- Provide exceptional client service and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal deals.
- Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs as required.
- Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from any 4-year or business-related course.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across teams and levels with ease.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
